ACADEMY OF BALLET PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY

Season 2009-2010 annual recital will be Snow White. All students will have the opportunity to perform in this wonderful production held at Tucson Convention Center’s Music Hall Sunday, May 30 with a dress rehearsals on Friday, May 28 & Saturday, May 29.  Each student purchases and keeps his/her own costume (approx. $45 - $80). To cover the cost of the theatre rental, programs, etc., a fee will be charged to each family ($60) choosing to participate.

All students who participate in the Intensive Summer Workshop will have an opportunity to perform. This informal demonstration, held at Tucson Convention Center Thursday, July 1, allows the students to demonstrate the quality of technique achieved during the intensive workshop. Classic leotards purchased by the students (approx. $18 - $30) may be worn for the demonstration and daily class.

A SOUTHWEST NUTCRACKER AUDITIONS

In December, Tucson Regional Ballet will once again present A Southwest Nutcracker. Children are invited to audition.  A nominal performance fee per dancer is charged, if selected, to be a participant.
